and architect of the Theatre, the Museum, the Synagogue |

and many other public and private buildings of his |

native country |

is desirous of establishing in this City <[Tusche] the approaching Summer> a School of |

architecture on the model of that which he |

directed during fourteen years at Dresden, and from |

which have issued the principal architects and |

constructors now employed in Saxony. |

 

His System of instruction will embrace every branch |

of Architecture, comprising … <the science of> Engineering, |

and the principles of Decoration. |

 

The School will be furnished with a great variety |

of original drawings and sketches, both practical |

and artistic; the standard works on architecture, |

both of this Country and the Continent, and plaster |

casts in plaster of the finest ancient and modern |

ornaments in the various Museums of Europe, |

models of public buildings, construction, etc, etc. |
