Winner Swiss Reproducibility Award

We are delighted to announce that transcriptiones has won the Swiss Reproducibility Award 2024 in the "Team Award" category. The prize is awarded by the Swiss National Science Foundation and the Swiss Reproducibility Network. This award recognises projects that anchor and promote transparency and reproducibility in scientific practice. We would like to thank the award committee, our supporters – especially Prof. Dr. Lucas Burkart – and all users!

Bronze Winner National ORD Prize

We are delighted to share the exciting news that transcriptiones has won bronze at the National ORD Prize 2023, awarded by the Swiss Academies of Arts and Sciences. This prize honours researchers for innovative practices in the field of Open Research Data (ORD) and aims to pursue the transformation towards open research practices. This year’s motto was “reuse of research data”. Our heartfelt gratitude goes to the jury, our supporters, with special acknowledgment to Prof. Dr. Lucas Burkart, and, most importantly, to all transcriptiones users.

transcriptiones is now online. Within the next week, numerous improvements will be made. In addition, more features will be implemented by the end of June. We will inform you about all the new features in this newsfeed. The database is still empty, but we will collect and upload many transcriptions soon.
